Founding Partner

Until the foundation of our company Reiner Rossmann was the Head of Media Relations and Head of Group & Financial Communications at Commerzbank. Prior to this, together with other partners he established and developed the financial communications practice of the leading German PR agency PLEON.

After working for the investment banking units of Deutsche Bank and Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt and London, the graduate in business administration and economics moved into communications. In investment banking he held senior positions in the areas of Corporate Finance, Equity Capital Markets and Proprietary Trading.

For over two decades Rossmann has been a consultant to more than two thirds of the DAX companies and a multitude of other companies in Germany and Europe. The total volume of the take-overs and capital market transactions he has been working for amounts to substantially more than 150 billion euros.
